Instructions

  1. Whisk together red wine vinegar and honey.
  2. Place the red onions in the vinegar mixture and let sit for 15 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, tomatoes, and red onions.
  4. Add half of the red wine vinegar and one tablespoon of olive oil to the mixture.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss the salad mixture to thoroughly combine.
  7. Spread the salad mixture out on a large serving platter.
  8. Tear the burrata into bite-size pieces and distribute evenly on top of the salad.
  9. Dress the burrata with the remaining red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
