For Mana.™ Synbiotics to be effective, they must be taken immediately after opening. Because of this limitation, the packaging for daily usage has been made as portable as possible to ensure getting the daily amount is as easy as possible.

Our synbiotics are housed in an easy-to-open sachet. Just open from the tear line at the end of the packet, pour the powder in your mouth, and enjoy!

We’re glad you like them! A recommended dosage of Mana.™ Synbiotics is one sachet daily and the recommended dosage for Fermented Red Ginseng is 2 packets daily.

Change in regularity and feelings in gut should occur in the first two weeks. Full effectiveness of the product should occur after two to three months of use.

Mana.™ Synbiotics are safe to take with other supplements. Because Mana.™ Beauty and Mana.™ Energy have Vitamin C, they could interact with certain medications. Always consult your primary care physician when taking medication to see if the medication will react with supplements.

Taking Mana.™ Synbiotics with food is not necessary to get full benefits. But, if you'd like to, you can.
