    As a physically and mentally active 60-year old man, who has contended with various GI tract issues, I've spent most of my life seeking more holistic ways to mitigate my digestive problems. I started taking the fermented red ginseng product earlier this year, and---within a few months---began to notice a positive change in my overall health of my GI tract. I noted a marked decrease in bloating, gas, and cramping that I had assumed would be a daily cross that I would always have to bear. Long-haul flights, theater-related events, extended in-person meetings, and so on could prove be torturous on the so-called "bad days" with my gut. This sweet product, which is easy to just pour in my mouth or dissolve in my morning coffee, has definitely improved the quality of my life. I am looking forward to try out the other strains that address other important issues, such as immunity and energy! I'll definitely check out the other products Olina Health has to offer.

    I like the taste, but it's so different. I can't put my finger on exactly what it tastes like. It's sweet, but not too sweet. Has very dark notes, like coffee or chocolate.

    This was my first time being exposed to Red Ginseng, but the Olina representative was incredibly helpful at describing the benefits and I've been taking it ever since. He also explained that it's the only Red Ginseng product to also be an effective probiotic with 1 Billion CFUs. I've been feeling great ever since I started incorporating Fermented Red Ginseng into my daily routine.
