Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400. While the oven is preheating, prepare the sauce. To prepare the sauce, whisk together the Greek yogurt, paprika, and lemon juice and set aside.
  2. Season the sweet potatoes and carrots with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and cumin and place on a sheet tray in the oven. Roast the vegetables until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
  3. Place the cooked vegetables on your desired serving dish and drizzle with yogurt. Garnish with fresh dill.
